Seth started OP Homebuyers with the vision of building a company to help solve the overpriced, expensive, and antiquated process of selling a property.
Over the years, Seth has been involved in 200+ successful transactions spanning both residential and commercial properties. This experience has helped refine his skills in navigating the complicated process of purchasing or selling a home. Through thousands of conversations with long-time property owners, Seth has learned the biggest objectives that owners face and how to overcome these when selling your property. He realized there were just too many unnecessary steps to selling a house. So he simplified it and created OP Homebuyers.
When not working on real estate projects, Seth can be found in the mountains skiing, hiking, or backpacking with those closest to him. As a former baseball player, he always enjoys a good ballgame, but it’s never long before he finds himself underwriting his next real estate deal.
